How do I place an order for the Territories?

Please email your request to and our team will do their best to set up a custom shipping solution for you (shipping fees will apply).

Our current shipping partners do not deliver to the Canadian Territories but we do look into using alternate shipping services to accommodate requests from our fans up north! Orders are accepted on a case by case basis only, as we are not always able to find a suitable solution. The shipping surcharge for a mattress starts at $150 and will be non-refundable. If we are able to accept your order, the applicable trial and warranty will still be offered.

Currently we are not able to accept orders for King and California King sized PerfectSense Mattresses in the Territories due to weight restrictions, limiting the alternate partners available. If you are interested in the Queen sized PerfectSense Mattress or smaller, or want to inquire about purchasing other PerfectSense items, please send us your full delivery address as well as the product/size/quantity you'd like to order and we will look into your request.
